Insights
What people searched to find you, and what they did next.
Small settings,largeconsequences.
Most profile problems are not dramatic. They are a wrong primary category, a duplicate listing, or eight months without a photo.
Categories decide what you can rank for
Your primary category is the single most influential setting on the profile. Choosing roofing contractor rather than contractor, or med spa rather than spa, changes which searches you are eligible to appear in at all.
Secondary categories widen that reach, but stacking irrelevant ones dilutes you and can look spammy. It is a deliberate choice, not a checkbox exercise.
Activity is a signal
Profiles that receive fresh photos, posts, answered questions, and recent reviews behave better than dormant ones, and they convert better too. A searcher comparing three businesses will pick the one that looks alive this month.
We upload media from your film days on a schedule, publish posts, seed and monitor the questions section, and respond to every review, including the difficult ones, in a way that reads well to the next customer.
Suspensions and duplicates
Duplicate listings quietly split your reviews and confuse Google about which listing to rank. Address changes, category changes, and service area edits can also trigger a review or suspension, so those changes are made carefully and documented.
Questions weget asked.
Yes. Google renamed My Business to Google Business Profile, and management now happens directly in Search and Maps rather than a separate dashboard.
